Interested in ordering our products?
To put in a request to purchase a product, press the purchase button on the product page that will direct you to our Order Request Form. After filling out all the information on the form, it will be emailed to our customer support team and they will follow up on your request. Follow the steps below to put in a request to purchase our products:
STEP 1:
On the product page that you want to request to purchase, press the purchase button that will direct you to our Order Request Form.
STEP 2:
On the Ordering Request Form page, fill out the following information in your request:

Make sure to include the following information in the body of the message:
STEP 4:
Click on the 'Submit' button to finalize the Ordering Request Form submission. Your completed Ordering Request Form will be sent to our customer support team for review.

On the Ordering Request Form page, fill out the following information in your request:
- Name (First and last name)
- Phone Number
- Country
- Address (Preferably billing/shipping address)
- Product type
- Product Code (Product's Cat. No.)
STEP 3:
Make sure to include the following information in the body of the message:
- Product quantity (how much cases would you like to purchase)
- Shipping address (if address is different from the address put on the Address column, add the preferred shipping address in the body of the message)
- Any additional information you want to include (multiple orders of different products and preferred delivery speed)
STEP 4:
Click on the 'Submit' button to finalize the Ordering Request Form submission. Your completed Ordering Request Form will be sent to our customer support team for review.
